One of the best investments you can make is buying an investment property or buying several investment properties. You can flip them for profit, rent them for a steady monthly profit, or even do an owner financing situation, wherein the buyer sends you payments in order to purchase the property, which is basically like he’s renting it from you, but he receives the deed once he has paid it off in its entirety. This is also called a contract for deed sale.
